Хитрости Postachio. Как настроить DNS для работы с CloudFlare

Мне достался бесплатный домен от webnames(спасибо за наводку на акцию). теперь мне нужно его прикрепить к страничке http://scriptogr.am'а. Сам скриптограм дает такую инструкцию-предупреждение:
You can use a custom domain for your blog. This is not easy and only recommended for advanced users. Unfortunately our staff will not be able to help out here, sorry. If you stumble upon any technical problems, try Google or ask your friends for help.
To start, you’ll need to buy and register a domain.
Then you'll need to point the domain's A-record (IP address) to 50.116.1.192 or setup a subdomain and modify the CNAME and point it to http://scriptogr.am Please note that not every host, nor every registrar, allows you to modify these settings. If you’re unsure, ask before buying the domain name.
Also good to know is that your existing email accounts (if set up of course) should remain functional, but the FTP will be disassociated from your domain name if you’re using the A-record solution or CNAME without using subdomain.
Once you're ready, you may need to wait up to 72 hours for the change to take effect. When (and if) the domain is set up properly, your http://scriptogr.am blog home page can be accessible with your own domain name.
TIP If you do not want your custom domain for your blog, simply revert to your old IP address that you had before changing your A-records or remove the CNAME.
Что тут написано я понимаю, но вот куда что вбивать в личном кабинете webnames не знаю. или нужно еще где-то что-то покупать, регистрировать, чтобы осуществить задуманное? Буду благодарен за совет.
